This is a quick series originally started from discussions with friends and family who had no clue where to start with basic survival 101. Medications are good to have during supply disruptions as we saw during Covid where many struggled with obtaining everything from life supporting medications, to basic allergy and hygiene items. Here are a few recommendations beyond toilet paper and kleenex.
Obviously every household has a different makeup so take some time to think about what each person might need if there were extended supply interruptions. This does not include items used for first aid use. Most experts recommend having at least two months of medical and hygiene items on hand.
